Sleepover is an innovative networking event for the hotel industry.
Taking place in a different city each year, a select group of hotel owners, developers, operators, architects, designers and consultants gather to experience an overnight stay in an exciting new hotel.
Each Sleepover is unique, with a bespoke programme created to reflect the host city, giving our guests an insider’s insight they would not get from a typical business or leisure trip.
Tours around the city allow our guests to experience groundbreaking hospitality concepts and identify opportunities for future hotel developments.
Networking is informal, taking place in the bars, restaurants, galleries and pop-up venues that only the locals know about.
Speakers are globally recognized but locally based, offering their take on their native city, and the wider worlds of hospitality and design.
Forget Powerpoint presentations, speed dating, endless panel debates and dinners in soulless function rooms.
Sleepover’s carefully curated content gives you access to new design ideas, new business opportunities and new contacts as committed as you are to moving the hotel industry forwards.
This year's programme is based around Copenhagen's well established reputation as a global design capital, and its emergence as a world leader in gastronomy.
Copenhagen is well established as a global capital of design excellence. The works of designers such as Hans Wegner, Verner Panton and Poul Henningsen have become iconic symbols of Danish design.
Modernist icons like Arne Jacobsen, Jørn Utzon and Vilhelm Lauritzen have been succeeded by a new wave of Danish architects such as Bjarke Ingels, Henning Larsen and 3XN.
In recent years Copenhagen has also become a world leader in gastronomy, thanks to the emergence of New Nordic cuisine, and the influence of restaurants such as Noma, Geranium and Relae.
It is the most liveable city on Earth. Its inhabitants are apparently the happiest people on the planet. And it is well on the way to becoming the world’s first carbon neutral capital – an aim it hopes to achieve by 2025.

Hotel SP34 is Copenhagen’s newest boutique hotel opening in April 2014.
The former Hotel Fox is being rebuilt and expanded to create a new 118-room hotel in the heart of the city’s Latin Quarter.
Its designs will celebrate the original beauty of three classic Copenhagen townhouses, combining mid-century Danish furniture design with contemporary touches to create modern, understated luxury on historic Sankt Peders Straede.
All guests for Sleepover Copenhagen have complimentary bed & breakfast at Hotel SP34 as part of their attendance package.
We are also keen that our guests take their time to enjoy the city outside of the main Sleepover programme and have negotiated special rates for those who wish to stay the Saturday before or Monday night after Sleepover. Contact us for further details.

Sponsorship of Sleepover is different to other events.
Sponsorship is only offered to leading design brands in their respective fields.
Of course your branding will feature on all our marketing and material distributed to guests. But the value of your investment is not measured in how many times we flash your logo on a screen, how many emails we send out, or how many meetings we have arranged on your behalf.
Instead Sleepover gives its sponsors exclusive access to key industry figures, at the cutting edge of contemporary hotel development, design and architecture.
Our programme allows you to engage with them in a relaxed environment, conducive to forming genuine, long lasting business relationships.
Brands sponsoring Sleepover are associating themselves with thought leadership in the hospitality industry.
Other benefits include:
Two attendee places at the event
The sponsor's logo on all relevant marketing material (with live weblink where used online)
The sponsor’s logo on all relevant material distributed / displayed at the event
The opportunity to donate a gift or complimentary item to distribute to guests at the event*
Editorial mentions in coverage of the event in Sleeper Magazine and on www.sleepermagazine.com
Access to the contact details of those who attend
